Shipping Policy
Dispatch All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.
Delivery — United Kingdom We ship to mainland UK addresses using tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout. Where a listing states that UK postage is included, standard UK delivery is included in the displayed price. Express delivery, where offered, may cost extra.
Packaging All surplus electrical and electronic parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Items are dispatched in appropriate anti-static or protective packaging where required.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Damaged or Lost Goods If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@surplify.co.uk. Please include your order number and, for damage, photographs of the item and packaging if available. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. This does not limit your statutory rights.
