Dispatch All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.
Delivery — United Kingdom We ship to mainland UK addresses using tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Packaging All surplus electrical and electronic parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Items are dispatched in appropriate anti-static or protective packaging where required.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Damaged or Lost Goods If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
