Refund policy

Surplify supplies surplus electrical and electronic parts. All items are described accurately by condition (New, New Surplus, New Unopened, or Used Tested).

Returns are accepted within 14 days if an item is not as described. We do not accept returns on correctly described surplus stock — this is standard practice in the surplus trade.

To request a return, contact us at sales@surplify.co.uk with your order number and reason.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
